Job Posting for Commercial Real Estate Agent for Leasing/Sales at SITE Commercial Real Estate

SITE Commercial Real Estate is seeking a full-time or part-time Associate for the Agent's preferred territory in the State of Florida. The Associate would primarily be responsible for performing real estate research, scouting locations, gathering information, contacting prospective Tenants, Landlords, Purchasers, and Sellers to create their book of business.

Great opportunity for a highly motivated individual to learn all areas of the commercial real estate industry.

Candidate should possess the following:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher
  • MBA or Attorney (interested in business)
  • A Florida Real Estate License
  • Ability to multitask, organize, and prioritize
  • Impeccable work ethic
  • Willingness to travel as necessary
  • Demonstration of great attention to detail and ability to think critically
  • Ability to work independently
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.

Salary commensurate with experience.
