Position Summary:
The IT Support Intern position will support first level problem determination, tracking, resolution, and escalation as part of the SixAxis IT Team. Flexible, part-time hours. Products and services supported include PC and Macintosh, IOS devices, reports/ data analytics and ad hoc queries. Position located at our Andrews, SC headquarters and will also support Sumter, SC Office.
Learning Opportunity:
- How to setup PC, Mac and iOS device hardware and software
- Experience with IT Ticketing system priorities
- Understand business use of operations and financial information
- Understand End-user use of technology and how to best support them
- Exposure to manufacturing processes and ERP system
Responsibilities:
- Equipment Setup and Deployment
- Resolve computer support problems
- Assist in development of PowerBI and Operations Reports
- Participate in IT Team meetings and provide status updates
