RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Utilizes SolidWorks and AutoCAD to produce high quality models and drawings.
- Reads and interprets blueprints, technical drawings, schematics, and computer-generated reports.
- Manages design projects that may require cross-functional involvement to meet deadlines and company objectives.
- Produces preliminary drawings to show potential customers a word picture of access/fall protection equipment offered as a solution to their specific needs.
- Creates approval drawings to illustrate how equipment interfaces with existing site conditions.
- Provides accurate details and notes to inform the detailing team and manufacturing of necessary project requirements.
- Develops best practices, routines, and innovative solutions to improve performance of Engineering Team and company results.
- Audits drawing projects and other duties as business needs require.
