What are the responsibilities and job description for the Painter position at Six Flags St. Louis?
Job Summary :
To keep the park looking aesthetically pleasing through the use of color and texture on all buildings, fences, rides, and attractions.
Key Duties and Responsibilities :
- Assist with rehab schedule for painting.
- Be knowledgeable of tools and materials available to the painting trade including mixing paint.
- Assist with ordering of tools and supplies.
- Maintain a clean and safe work area.
- Maintain all company policies and procedures.
- Protect company assets from damage and abuse.
- Ensure all employees operate within park safety guidelines.
- Fill out daily work orders in Maximo.
- Support all objectives of the park as established by Park Management.
- All other assigned tasks.
Reports to :
Lead Painter & Department Management
Skills and Qualifications :
- Must be 18 years of age.
- Must have a current valid state driver’s license.
- Must be available to work various shifts.
- Must have strong teamwork skills and the ability to work with others.
- Must be mechanically inclined / skilled.
- Must be professional, self-motivated, and have an enthusiastic attitude.
