Now hiring CYCLE COUNTERS in Augusta, GA!!!
Pay rate: $13 per hour
Schedule: Sunday - Wednesday, 3rd shift: 8:00pm - 6:30am
Brief Description: Compiles and maintains records of quantity, type and value of finished goods inventory warehoused in the Grovetown Distribution Center
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Tally entire product inventory in designated stocking locations, by recording counts on paper, keying into a computer terminal
- Complete required training and acquire skill set to operate a stand up forklift to count bulk stock locations
- Supports other DC areas to facilitate customer order processing; including but not limited to replenishment, receiving, shipping, full case picking and slotting
- Operates a headset to process and fill customer orders
- Travels safely and efficiently to designated location and selects product as instructed on the headset
- Removes carton from line and places in appropriate stock location
- Consolidates cartons with identical garments as needed, to ensure product fits safely in designated stock location
- Places empty cartons in the box chute
Qualifications:
- Computer skills Working knowledge and administration of a warehouse inventory programs (Movex a plus), proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Must be 18 years or older
- Must be able to work in fast paced environment
- Frequently required to stand, walk; Must be able to walk up and down stairs and work in a three-story pick module
- Good color vision preferable
- Must be able to reach with hands and arms
- Must be able to regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
- Ability to pass a criminal background and employment verification
- Ability to pass a pre-employment and random employment drug screens
