Job Title: Insurance Customer Service Representative

Responsibilities:
Customer Service:
Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
Assist clients in understanding their insurance coverage, answering policy-related questions, and providing guidance on policy options.
Policy Management:
Process policy changes, updates, and endorsements accurately and in a timely manner.
Collaborate with underwriters and other team members to ensure seamless policy issuance and renewals.
Claims Assistance:
Guide clients through the claims process, providing support, and facilitating communication between clients and claims adjusters.
Follow up on claims status and ensure timely resolution.
Documentation and Record Keeping:
Maintain accurate and organized customer records in our database.
Prepare and process necessary documentation related to policy issuance, renewals, and endorsements.
Cross-Selling and Up-Selling:
Identify opportunities to cross-sell or up-sell additional insurance products to existing clients.
Provide information on new products and coverage options to enhance customer satisfaction.
Compliance:
Stay informed about industry regulations and maintain compliance with all relevant insurance laws and guidelines.
Adhere to company policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree in a related field is a plus).
Previous experience in customer service or a similar role, preferably in the insurance industry.
Knowledge of personal and commercial insurance products and policies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient in using insurance management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
