What you will do:

As our Printed Circuit Board (PCA) Assembler, you will help the Operations Team by accurately and efficiently performing standard production duties and electronic assembly operations on circuit boards and sub-assemblies for our products that that help control and monitor one of the world’s most valuable and limited resources– Water! This position works in our Detroit Lakes, MN location.
The job:
Every day, your primary role will be prepping parts for circuit board assembly, populating parts onto a circuit board utilizing some light mechanical assembly and basic soldering. You will perform a variety of tasks to produce quality products utilizing bills of materials, travelers, drawings, and work instructions.
The skills you need:
To succeed in this role, you must have experience using various hand tools for light electrical assembly, be capable in soldering and be able to produce repeatable, quality circuit board assemblies. You must place an emphasis on quality workmanship, productivity, and consistency of product assembly. A high school diploma and 1 – 2 years of experience is preferred.
