About the Position
As part of the Talent Management Group, the Recruiter develops and maintains a pipeline of highly qualified candidates while achieving SJV Data Solutions’ organizational staffing objectives. The Recruiter collaborates closely across all departments to attain a deep level of understanding of what success looks like in each role. As an important public-facing resource, the Recruiter positively influences community perceptions of our organization and creates an excellent candidate experience as well as an effective network of staffing sources. Overall, the Recruiter plays a critical role in talent acquisition and employee retention while relentlessly supporting our business strategies.

Required Qualifications
· Two years of recruiting experience, preferably focused on high-volume, entry-level roles
· Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience in a related field
· Assertive, outgoing personality with a sales-oriented, hunter’s mindset
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Highly adaptable and comfortable with constant change
Duties and Responsibilities
· Develop recruitment strategies to achieve required staffing levels
· Implement recruiting, staffing, interviewing, hiring and retention strategies
· Develop and maintain professional relationships with local colleges, universities, military, and other organizations to generate qualified candidates
· In collaboration with local management, actively pursue highly qualified candidates within all job-location communities via job fairs, hiring events, mixers, and other social events
· Place job ads, leverage social media, screen resumes, conduct interviews, coordinate follow up interviews with hiring managers
