Responsibilities/Duties
- Work with the Head of Innovation & Communication to oversee the advisory board programs and partnerships with advisory board members.
- Serve as the main point of contact for advisors and internal executives regarding comprehensive agenda including event details and corporate information.
- Manage all aspects of event planning meeting strict deadline & budget demand.
- Coordinate with internal staff, advisors, and other relevant parties to establish needs, and serve as liaison to internal executives and advisors.
- Oversee advisors’ experiences from conception through post-event, managing event breakdown, ensuring consistent, high-level service throughout all phases.
- Plan and facilitate logistics for all events, including guest lists, venue, presentation, security, catering, transportation, decor and marketing materials.
- Maintain and build a comprehensive database of industry contacts, and others.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing or similar field of study (Master’s degree preferred)
- 5 years of experience in marketing or public relations or advisory board programs
- Exceptional written and oral communication and strong interpersonal skills
- Experience in maintaining and building enriching business relationships
- Excellent organizational skills, including multitasking, time management and meticulous attention to detail
