Job Description


Must be Bilingual (Spanish)

Pay is $18.75-$19.00 an hour this is an onsite position.

  • Provide administrative support for general HR operations processes
  • Handle high volume calls
  • Handle confidential information and situations with confidence, sensitivity, and professionalism
  • Assist management, visitors, vendors, and employees with front office related inquiries
  • Assist in maintaining HR databases, reports, and external/internal correspondence
  • Assist with basic payroll functions
  • Maintaining filing process
  • Work independently as well as in a team environment and exercise good judgment with excellent follow-through
  • Maintain calendars for the Director of HR/team as needed
  • Assist in additional functions as assigned by Dir. of HR

Qualifications
  • 2 years of experience in an administrative/front office
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, superior attention to detail, and strong organizational skills
  • Ability to prioritize, work in a fast-paced environment on multiple tasks with supervision, maintaining confidentiality
  • Strong work ethic and customer service skills including the ability to effectively interact with all levels of staff
  • Excellent analytical skills with ability to work proactively and provide administrative support for building systemic processes and methodologies
  • Strong computer skills including proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Knowledge of spreadsheets, and business formatting
  • Minimum typing speed of 45 wpm
  • Bilingual (Spanish)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Associate’s or bachelor’s in human resources, business, or related field
  • 1 years of experience in human resources

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand; use hands to finger, handle, or feel, and talk or hear. The employee frequently is required to walk, sit, reach with hands and arms, stoop, and kneel. The employee is occasionally required to sit for long period of times.
