What You’ll Do:
- Provide exceptional client consultations, develop personalized treatment plans and skillfully perform treatments tailored to each client’s needs and objectives
- Perform treatments includingbut not limited to, clinical facials, extractions, medical grade chemical peels, microdermabrasion, and micro-penning
- Laser hair removal
- Educate clients on all treatment processes, including pre and post treatment care instructions
- Acknowledge and respond to relevant customer queries, needs and expectations
- Apply best practices and stay up to date with market trends and techniques for treatments
- Ensure client safety at all times
- Suggest and promote retail products and additional services offered at the company
- Clean and maintain equipment and inventory of products
- Follow established treatment protocols
- Generate and maintain a client base
- Attend trainings/meetings
- Assist with other duties as assigned
- Occasional travel may be required to our other locations for training
- Active Arizona Aesthetician licenserequired
- Cosmetic laser license preferred
- 2 years of esthetician experience preferred
- Experience with chemical peels, dermaplaning, and micro-penning desired
- Knowledge of medical grade skincare products and ingredients
- Existing clientele is a plus!
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills;Must be able to communicate effectively with clients, peers and managers
- Ability to multi-task while being attentive to clients and remaining flexible to the needs of the business
- Ability to work as part of a team and take initiative independent of direct supervision
- Proficient with email
- Social Media experience preferred
- Availability to work evenings and weekends
- Prolonged periods of:
- standing, bending or stooping
- use of hands and arms to finger, handle, feel or control things including but not limited to tools, objects and/or controls
- reaching with hands and arms
- repeating of same movements
- talking and hearing
- Occasional periods of:
- Sitting, crawling, kneeling, climbing or balancing
- Pushing/Pulling heavy objects and/or machinery
- Compensation will be determined based on candidate experience, clinic size, clinic location and market
