How You’ll Make an Impact: Skip Hop, a consumer products company bringing ‘must haves made better’ to life, is seeking someone to support its Account Executive Team. The Sales Support Coordinator can provide various support functions for the team and manage development of certain items independently, under the guidance of Senior Account Executive. Skip Hop is a family lifestyle brand, playing in a wide range of categories and materials. This candidate has a passion for product, is extremely detail-oriented and possesses a can-do, forward-looking mindset. 30% of time Item Setup Management Manage new item set ups for all wholesale partners to ensure all product descriptions and attributes are set up. Liaison between brand and sales team on all new products set up information. Support all product change requests. 30% of time Customer Order Management Partner with account executive and OML team and be main point of contact for: shipping, extensions, price errors, cancellations, order sets and troubleshooting. Communicate all order maintenance to wholesale partners and manage all customer follow up. 10% of time Reporting Download and format Monday morning POS reports in support of account executives. 10% of time Coordinating and Managing Samples and Meeting Calendarization Partner with sample coordinator on customer sample requests. Align with brand team on sample needs for customer meetings. Manage sales team appointment calendar. 10% of time Sell-In Prep and Support Support prep of sell in decks, organize by buyers, and send updates to each account. Communicate any style changes (creative, drop, cost/retail change) to each account. 10% of time on Special Projects Prepare ad hoc reports on request. We’d Love to Hear from You if: Must have: Excellent Microsoft Office skills and advanced PowerPoint skills Proven written and oral communication skills. Strong organizational and time-management skills Established experience in collaborating with internal and external partners. Proven analytical skills. Preferred skills and experience: BS or BA degree preferred.
