SERVICE OFFICE MANAGER, DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Pay/Compensation commensurate with experience.

· Serve the customer – keep CSI at a high level

· Resolve customer complaints/concerns/suggestions

· Explore ways to better serve customers

· Establish annual budget for service department operations, in conjunction with the Controller – prepare and execute plans to attain budgets

· Cost containment of all service expenses

· Cultivate service staff (i.e. interview, train, coach, motivate for optimum performance)

· Oversee service department operations

· Technical staff - working at maximum efficiency

· Service writer - maintaining an organized, well run office environment. Following warranty filing procedures timely.

· Parts department – managing inventory, maintaining margins

· Coordinate launch/haul out activity for winter storage

· Display positive attitude toward company and product

REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS:

· Must be a detail oriented self-starter

· Strong customer service and communication skills

· Valid Driver's License and acceptable driving record

- Weekend work required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year

Supplemental Pay:
