Employee Training Coordinator

Skoops Ice Cream- TAD FOODS LLC has grown at a tremendous amount over the last 3 years and we have created multiple leadership positions.

We are now hiring for our Employee Training Coordinator position.

Skoops is open mid February-mid December

Report directly to owners

Positon duties include

• Oversee the restaurant operation and assist DO/ Owner
• Deliver superior guest services
• Plan and develop guest loyalty programs
• Plan new and train on existing menus
• Plan and develop the overall restaurant development plan
• Participate at local food events
• Respond efficiently to customer questions and complaints
• Organize and supervise shifts
• Manage and lead staff
• Hire and train new team members
• Training and evaluate staff performance every 2 months
• Help DO Manage restaurant supplies
• Control costs and minimize waste through training
• Continue to nurture a positive working environment
• Design digital and entire new training platforms for managers & team

Requirements : (some, not all)

• Minimum 2 years in restaurant industry with training responsibilites
• Outside the box thinker
• Self motivated and driven personality
• Amazing guest service with contagious personality
• Microsoft Word & Excel proficient
• Ability to lift 40 lbs and be on feet for 8-10 hours
• Organization, Time Management & Energy driven leader
• Active drivers license and car
• 40-50 hours a week including nights, weekends, holidays (Closed Major Holidays)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
