What you'll do: Be responsible for supervising the delivery of fraud management activity to support Sky Ireland Work closely with other Fraud Leads (Mobile, Glass DTV, Broadband, Operations and Technology) to optimise fraud strategy to best protect Sky Ireland Lead a team of Senior Fraud Analysts and Fraud Analysts responsible for the day-to-day performance of fraud operations as they relate to Sky’s products and services, acting as a conduit between the operational function and Senior Management Update stakeholders in Business areas across Sky, handle relationships, engage on issues and provide guidance on Fraud practices, risks and opportunities for improvement as they arise Own fraud requirements and their successful implementation when new products and services are being developed, conducting Fraud Risk Assessments to ensure mitigations are appropriate to protect Sky and its customers Contribute to the creation and realisation of Sky’s Fraud Strategy, with a strong focus on performance, people development, and the capabilities needed to manage dynamic fraud risks Use data analytics and insight to deliver regular reports that clearly articulate performance, trends, recommendations and areas of focus Represent business interests and actively participate at regular industry level forums and working groups relating to fraud Provide support to other aspects of fraud management in Sky from time-to-time, as needs arise What you'll bring: Proven experience working in fraud management in telecoms (preferred), banking, or retail company operating in Ireland A significant track record in delivering a multi-layered approach to managing first party fraud A great network of contacts across Ireland and the wider industry that you can use from time-to-time to bring insight and intelligence to bear for the protection of Sky and its customers Outstanding people leadership skills, and be at ease managing, mentoring and developing staff in a multi-site multi-shift environment (5 years people management experience) Excellent decision-making and communication skills with practical experience of assessing risk, prioritising and problem solving under pressure Proven influencing skills and the ability to interrogate data and insight appropriately, especially when dealing with stakeholders of all levels A high level of personal integrity, confidentiality and accountability as warranted by the sensitive nature of working in Fraud. You will conduct yourself in a collaborative, confident and professional manner when representing Fraud internally and at industry level. You will be a positive role model who consistently demonstrates the Sky values Understanding or knowledge of Sky’s products and services alongside an awareness of current and possible future business trends, as well as their potential impact on the company Security We help combat piracy and theft of Sky content – making it as hard as possible for pirates to steal our content, operate their networks, and provide their services.
