Ride Operator Key Areas of Responsibility:
- Daily communication with Lead and/or Department manager regarding SOPs, closing reports, and special projects.
- To ensure Safe- Clean- Fun conditions for Rides operations for our Guests.
- Maintain a professional image at all times.
- Ride count accountability
- Provide our Guests with first-class guest service.
Arcade Key Areas of Responsibility:
- Know the rules and prize levels of games
- Encourage guests to play games
- Maintain cleanliness of displays, games, and stockrooms
- Our ideal candidate will have a love for selling and interacting with our guests to get them excited to win a prize
- This is a cash-handling position
Admissions Key Areas of Responsibility:
- Meet and greet guests entering and exiting the park with a smile
- Explain various ticket, add-on, and season pass purchase options and policies to give our guests the best value
- Our ideal candidate is friendly, outgoing, and always ready to make a sale
- This is a cash-handling position
Food & Beverage Key Areas of Responsibility:
- Take and fill food and beverage orders from guests; cooks and prepares food items; serves food in correct portions to ensure proper food cost
- Maintains proper stock levels for all areas
- Maintains cleanliness and safety in assigned work area
- Must be able to obtain a Florida Food Handler’s certificate within the first thirty days of employment
- This is a cash-handling position
Tracks Key Areas of Responsibility:
- Daily SOPs, closing reports, and special projects.
- To ensure Safe- Clean- Fun conditions for our Guests.
- Ensure no bumping and no reckless driving.
- Constantly inspecting the Tracks for safety.
- Maintain a professional image at all times.
- Maintain, and update Go-Kart maintenance
- Provide our Guests with first-class customer service.
- Kartrols system that controls all the Go-Karts
- Keeping it clean: Pit, Queue line, and Tracks

As part of our commitment to maintaining a secure and productive work environment, all candidates applying for positions within the Tracks Department are required to pass a physical agility test.
The physical agility test is designed to assess an individual's ability to perform tasks that are integral to the Tracks Department responsibilities. Candidates must demonstrate physical fitness and agility to meet the demands of the role. The test may include but is not limited to tasks such as lifting, carrying, and maneuvering objects, as well as navigating challenging terrains.
It is important to understand that failure to meet the physical agility requirements for the Tracks Department does not disqualify you from employment with our organization. In such cases, individuals who do not pass the physical agility test will be considered for placement in alternative departments where their skills and abilities align with the job requirements.

- BS/BA degree preferred but not required, or equivalent work experience.
