Job Posting for Administrative Assistant/Transaction Coordinator at Skye Commercial
Overview
This position will work closely with our Broker team in Boulder, CO. The candidate will be assisting our brokerage professionals with preparing and creating proposals, presentation materials, marketing materials, and administrative support for the Boulder office.
Responsibilities
Support brokers with the processing and closing of transactions: document distribution, monitor contract deadlines and key milestones, coordination with title company, etc.
Manage and maintain listing information on all sites (Buildout, Costar, etc.)
Monitor listing requests and provide marketing materials to cooperating brokers and prospective clients upon request
Prepare market surveys, tour books, proposals, lease abstracts, drive time analysis and other client related material
Attend Brokerage team meetings and trainings
Perform general duties such as printing, binding, scheduling meetings, conference room set up and mail
Coordinate design and installation of property signage
Provide interface for brokers on IT issues, including computer needs, email, cell phones, and other related technology and equipment
Screen and direct incoming telephone calls. Respond to general inquiries and provide information as needed.
Staff and support daily operations of the Boulder office: order supplies, answer phones, accept deliveries, ship priority correspondence, and meet and greet our clientele
Qualifications
At least 4 years’ experience in a similar administrative support role; prior real estate experience preferred.
Proficient in intermediate functions including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Adobe.
Excellent communications skills, both oral and written.
Excellent organizational and prioritization skills.
A positive attitude and front office appearance.
Having a working knowledge of IT or be able to coordinate with IT vendors to maintain the digital infrastructure of the office.
Having a working understanding of social media posting and website maintenance.
Compensation: $20.00 - 26.00/hour. Part-time team members are eligible for accrual of paid sick time pursuant to Colorado law, as well as participation in the company's 401(k) plan with a company match, after six months of service and reaching age twenty-one.
