Position Overview:
Elevations Chophouse at SKYLARANNA Hotel & Resort is seeking a skilled and experienced full-time Bartender. This role is key in providing exceptional service and crafting quality beverages for our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proficient use of NCR POS system.
- Prepare and serve drinks in accordance with standard recipes.
- Knowledgeable about a variety of spirits, wines, and beers.
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Minimum of 3 months experience in bartending or related training.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Strong mathematical skills for handling transactions.
- Excellent reading and writing skills for interpreting documents and preparing reports.
- Outstanding customer service skills, adhering to Hospitality Standards.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand, walk, and handle bar tools and equipment.
- Regularly lift/move up to 10-15 pounds, and occasionally more than 35 pounds.
- Good vision and ability to adjust focus.
Compensation:
- $6/hour plus TIPS.
