You can expect to spend your time accomplishing the following:

  • 80% of time on Objective 1: Field Work
  • 10% of time on Objective 2: Support
  • 5% of time on Objective 3: Technical Knowledge Development
  • 5% of time on Objective 4: Personal and team development

Your Value to Our Client & Team

Job Responsibilities

  • Conduct routine preventative maintenance, testing, and troubleshooting to repair impacted equipment quickly and accurately.
  • Complete installations (or terminations) and testing of cabling, conduits, and cameras while ensuring project quality meets Skyline and Client standards.
  • Self-manage priorities and actions on service tickets to ensure contractual service level agreements (SLAs) are consistently delivered to our Client.
  • Provide proper documentation (as-built, cable test results) for completed projects to make future troubleshooting and repair smoother.
  • Assist with monthly reports on inventory by consistently documenting serial numbers and asset tags.
  • Maintain training on products from multiple manufacturers (cameras, cabling, conduits, etc.) and newest standard operating procedures.
  • Assist in the lab/staging process for cameras and server configurations, badging, and other equipment to drive learning of processes and work instructions.
  • Provide on-call support so our Clients are never without service.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Education: High school diploma or equivalent

Minimum Number of Years of Relevant Work Experience: 2 or more years

Specialized Training or Certifications: 2 years in CCTV and/or service-related field Required

Certification(s) / Licenses: Valid Drivers license with a good record and ability to obtain DOT Medical Card required

Working Conditions: Work is performed in an office setting or on-site
