FMT is seeking an innovative Marketing & Brand Manager who excels at cross departmental collaboration to lead our marketing & content creation efforts, along with managing our social and web presence.
Essential Functions And Responsibilities
- Daily, active management of company website(s), social media accounts, and branding initiatives.
- Lead the production and distribution of new content for product catalog – videos, photos, locating influencers to talk about our products, etc.
- Support creation of presentations and pitch documents in collaboration with product development.
- Coordinate with internal partners to design labels and packaging for new products.
- Become familiar with, and execute, A content creation for retail and e-commerce partners
- Liaise with external partners to drive successful, large scale marketing initiatives.
- Conduct and share meaningful data analysis to measure the success of various marketing initiatives and help shape future marketing strategies.
- Ensure all marketing and online information remains accurate and up to date as the company’s capabilities and offerings expand.
- Build expertise in the industry by attending expos, webinars, and seeking industry knowledge.
- Conduct market research to identify industry habits and trends.
- Consult with leadership to establish appropriate marketing budgets and ensure projects comply with the established parameters.
- Act as a key member of the project management team to ensure the successful launch of new products and e-commerce initiatives.
- Assist with additional related duties as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or equivalent
- Proven experience as marketing specialist or in similar role
- Strong video and photography skills in addition to understanding software needed to create and distribute market-leading content.
- Well-organized with superior attention to detail.
- Exceptional communication and writing skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize multiple projects.
- Thorough understanding of marketing elements and market research methods.
- Strong independent research ability
- Proven ability to build meaningful relationships with internal and external partners.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $54,482.78 - $75,000.00 per year
