Job description
- Perform the sub-set of Service Desk tasks and activities that must be done on-site/requires physical touch
- Image laptops
- Receive and inventory shipments
- Ship equipment and peripherals to end users
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Basic background on working with laptops and desktops computers on Windows OS
- Strong ability to follow instructions
- Fast learner and able to retain information in order to work independently
- Ability to lift and carry 30 pounds for extended periods for shipping and receiving packages
- Ability to work independently and collaborate as a contributing team member
- Strong communications and documentation skills
- High attention to detail
- Ability to multitask
- Knowledge on imaging computers is a plus
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
