Skyworks LLC is looking for a Credit Collection Coordinator to support the accounts receivable department at our Buffalo headquarters.
Credit Collection Coordinator job responsibilities include:
- collection calls and correspondence in a fast paced environment
- providing customer service regarding collection issues, resolve client discrepancies and short payments
- monitoring and maintaining assigned accounts -- customer calls, account adjustments, small balance write off, and customer reconciliations
- accountable for reducing delinquency for assigned accounts
- communicating and following up effectively with branch managers regarding customer accounts
Requirements for the Credit Collection Coordinator position include:
- knowledge of the billing and collections procedures
- the ability to multitask
- strong attention to detail
- working well with customers and other team members
