The Analog Integrated Circuit (IC) Engineering Co-Op will work closely with design engineers and layout designers developing products for wireless mobile systems. Work activities will include: circuit simulation, lab testing of circuits, presentation of design expectations/results, and participation in design reviews.
Job Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a BS, MS or PhD program studying Electrical Engineering with a focus on analog circuit design
- Must be returning to school following the Co-Op
- Able to commit to the Winter/Spring 2023 Co-Op Program which goes from January- June 2023
- Familiar with Cadence, SPICE, or similar simulation tools to assist in design evaluation and debugging of Op Amps, Voltage References, ADC’s, etc.
- Completed coursework in Analog CMOS design
- Exposure to lab tools such as Oscilloscope, Function Generator, Multimeter etc.
- Excellent communication (both written and verbal), organization, and documentation skills
- Must have experience with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word
- Ideally, experience working on a small team and presenting knowledge to peers
