Position - Construction Project Manager - DC LOCATION
The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing projects within the decided-upon budget, timeline, and scope.
They will also effectively monitor and present project updates to relevant stakeholders, clients, or project team members.
Responsibilities
- Set project timeline
- Monitor project deliverables
- Update relevant stakeholders or team members on the project progress
- Coach and support project team members with tasks you assign them
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field. Relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
- At least five years of direct project management experience on projects valued at $25 million or more.
- PMP (Project Management Professional) or CCM (Certified Construction Manager) certifications are preferred.
- OSHA 30 certification preferred.
- Proficient in Excel and all MS Office programs.
- Experience in constructing apartments, hospitals, libraries, schools, and / or universities in the DMV area.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple $20M projects simultaneously.
