Duties
- Complete other duties or administrative request requests as assigned by the Leaders of SLA.
- Ensuring their daily tasks are completed in compliance and following all standard operational procedures.
- Making sure all food and sanitation standards are up to standards.
- Ensure use of proper techniques for maintenance of cleanliness and preparation of food and kitchen.
- Adhering to recipe standards.
- Ensure all equipment is maintained in proper order.
- Make sure all prep-work is completed accurately and time.
- Ensuring their daily tasks are completed in compliance and following all standard operational procedures.
- Adhering to food safety and sanitation standards
- Enforce the use of appropriate methods for maintaining kitchen cleanliness and food preparation standards..
- Adhering to recipe standards.
- Ensure all equipment is maintained in proper order.
- Make sure all prep work is completed accurately and timely.
- Previous cooking experience is a plus.
- Basic skills in math and using computers.
- Reliable transportation is necessary.
- Enjoys working and being around people, especially children.
- Comfortable with repetitive tasks.
- Strong dedication to work and teamwork.
- Organized, and skilled in multitasking and prioritization.
- Willingness to undergo a comprehensive nationwide background check and fingerprint analysis.
