Sleep Data is a professional medical service and supply company, focused on sleep & sleep therapy. Our focus is on diagnosis on sleep apnea through home sleep study and treatment through the use of CPAP therapy or oral appliance therapy.
SUMMARY
The Fulfillment Specialist II is responsible for shipping, receiving, stocking, inventory control, cleaning and maintaining the company warehouse and inventory supply rooms. This classification is expected to serve as the subject matter expert for the Fulfillment Specialist I’s and internal staff, to handle day-to-day decisions with a greater degree of independence by carrying out assignments without detailed instruction or guidance, and is expected to handle the more complex situations. The Fulfillment Specialist II is expected to back up the Warehouse Supervisor when they are absent. Some additional duties would include overseeing workflow, ensuring breaks and lunches are scheduled and on time and working directly with the Warehouse Manager on any issues that arise. The expectation of this position is to provide a first class service experience, with every patient, staff or vendor interaction.

• Assists with training new Fulfillment Specialist I and offers guidance to warehouse staff on a daily basis
• Working with the Warehouse Supervisor, helps establish warehouse procedures and communicates with internal and external departments when necessary to ensure proper procedures are followed
• Responsible for HST diagnostic recorders. Ensures all recorders are properly tracked, downloaded, sterilized and reshipped
• Has a working knowledge of all company products and can troubleshoot equipment such as oxygen concentrators and tanks
• Sends equipment for manufacturer for repair when necessary
• Performs Quality Control on orders shipped and received in warehouse
• Ensures the warehouse is flowing smoothly on a daily basis and escalates all issues to the warehouse supervisor as necessary
• Works with the warehouse supervisor to streamline processes and gives suggestions for improvement
• Assists with implementing changes in the warehouse as instructed by warehouse supervisor
• Manages and tracks inventory and supplies by performing manual counting
• Reviews sales orders, pulls customer’s orders from current inventory, boxes, meters and ships orders on a daily basis
• Enters data into the Brightree inventory software program to ensure supplies are stocked and available
• Responsible for contacting shippers such as US Mail, UPS and other carriers as necessary
• Assists drivers with loading vehicles when necessary
• Monitors postage meters and requests funds as needed
• Constructs boxes and ensures materials are packed to minimize damage
• Ensure that shipments are made in a timely manner and tracks missing or late orders as necessary
• Responsible for maintaining an accurate inventory and keeping the warehouse neat, clean and stocked at all times
• Receives and sorts company mail and supplies, delivers to appropriate departments
• Delivers and picks-up equipment and/or supplies to Sleep Data, patients' homes or facilities as necessary
• Assists with building desks, file cabinets, shelving and moving furniture and equipment between offices as needed
• Promotes staff compliance with all applicable regulatory requirements
• Assists with special orders and equipment
• Performs minor equipment repair and maintenance, as required, and maintains equipment documentation
• Other duties include but not limited to, opening and closing the warehouse, arranging and updating product displays, greeting customers and other visitors to the warehouse, answering customer and employee product questions
• Work mandatory overtime as scheduled

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
• Detail oriented, good people skills and the ability to follow-up
• Ability to deal pleasantly and patiently with patients, employees and vendors
• Must be able to speak and read English fluently; bilingual (Spanish) a strong plus, but not required
• Must be able to work overtime as scheduled
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
• High school graduate or possess G.E.D.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in shipping, receiving or inventory control
• Requires a clean driving record and valid driver's license
• Basic MS Office computer skills required
• At least one year of employment at Sleep Data as a Fulfillment Specialist I, preferred but not required
