What are the responsibilities and job description for the Housekeeper position at Sleep Inn Ontario?
We are looking for a thorough housekeeper with excellent cleanliness standards to attend all areas of our facilities. The goal is to enhance customer experience by keeping our facilities in clean and orderly condition. We are hiring for either schedule:
Full Time Schedule: Wednesday-Sunday 9am-5pm(or when finished)
Part Time Schedule: Friday-Sunday 9am-5pm (or when finished).
Responsibilities
- Clean and tidy all assigned areas to the standard cleanliness within time limits
- Deliver excellent customer service
- Maintain equipment in good condition
- Report on any shortages, damages or security issues
- Handle reasonable guests complaints/requests and inform others when required
- Restock your cart at the end of your shift, note any lost and found items , and take out any trash from your cart to the dumpster
Skills
- Proven working experience in relevant field
- Ability to work independently and remain motivated
- Helpful with customer service orientation
- Professionalism along with speed and attention to detail
- Knowledge of English language
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $12.50 per hour
