Job Description
- Provide superior guest service by responding quickly in greeting guests and responding to their requests.
- Have an outgoing personality.
- Follow directions.
- Work independently.
- Take reservations over the phone and handle walk-ins.
- Perform guest transactions, balance accounting reports, process reservations and credit cards.
- Must have computer knowledge.
- Clean/straighten up the lobby.
- Maintain a clean front desk.
- Answer the telephone and greet the guest with courtesy and professionalism.
- Understand and abide by all company policies and procedures.
- Perform any other duties assigned by the General Manager.
- Be familiar with the local community, give directions if needed.
- Must have reliable transportation to work.
- Shift will be from 3pm-11pm, weekdays, weekends and holidays as needed. Full time position is 40 hours per week.
- Wash blankets during your shift.
- Experience in hospitality and/or customer service preferred.
- Previous experience in a managerial capacity preferred.
- Be able to show up to an interview.
