- Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as inspecting, cleaning, and repairing equipment
- Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with machinery and equipment
- Conduct regular inspections to identify potential problems and address them promptly
- Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner
- Coordinate with external contractors for specialized repairs or installations
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and protocols
- Assist with facilities maintenance, including plumbing, electrical work, and carpentry as needed
```Experience:```
- Proven experience in facilities maintenance or a related field
- Strong mechanical knowledge and ability to read schematics
- Welding experience is a plus
- Excellent customer service skills and ability to interact professionally with staff and external contractors
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Previous experience supervising or leading a team is preferred
