- Utilize multiple recruiting sources and advanced sourcing techniques to identify talent for open requisitions
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to identify and attract candidates
- Interacts with potential candidates on social media, professional networks, and other avenues
- Develops talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
- Documents all sourcing activity, interview stages, and offers in Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Create a fantastic candidate experience; answer all candidate inquiries regarding benefits and other questions
- Manages scheduling and logistics for interviews
- Ensures proper completion of new hire onboarding information
- Develops strategic email and social campaigns for open requisitions
- Partners closely with the Talent Acquisition lead to analyze and update university relations efforts, identifying and organizing career fairs and networking events
- Conducts regular follow-ups with managers to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans and provide status updates
- Reports weekly/as needed on the status of all open positions and candidate pipeline;
- Manages the pre-employment process, which includes preparing and extending offers of employment
- Conducts market and competitor evaluations
- Addresses recruitment challenges with solutions
- Utilize multiple recruiting sources and advanced sourcing techniques to identify talent for open requisitions
- Related professional experience in sourcing/recruitment
- Minimum of one year of experience in sourcing / recruiting; preferably in a clinical setting
- Effective time management, organizational skills, and attention to detail
- Experience in creating a high-touch, best-in-class candidate experience by being service-oriented, efficient, and responsive to the needs of the recruitment team, candidates, and hiring managers
- Influential and creative written and verbal communication to develop appealing and tailored messaging to prospects that causes response and effectively conveys our brand
- Highly collaborative, capable of developing strong working partnerships with all teams
- Results-oriented self-starter
- Ability to positively present our company and open roles to candidates
- Experience using applicant tracking systems and/or customer relationship management systems-SmartRecruiters ATS a plus
- Experience with GSuite
