What are the responsibilities and job description for the Administrative Assistant position at SLS?
We are looking to hire an adminstrative assistant to handle our new business processing.
We are a fun, friendly, family-owned business that takes pride in employee satisfaction. After 50 years in business, with several employees having been here more than 25 years, we hope that we can be a good home for you too!
Responsibilities
- Processing new business deals to make sure that there are no paperwork errors
- Helping to retain clients by calling those who cancel their services with us
- Helping new hires get onboarded and situated into our system
- Office hours are 9-5, M-F with some overtime work available
- Help assist other departments when needed
- Help schedule interviews for new hiers
Pay Structure
- $15 per hour to start with room to advance
- Bonuses are paid out based on work performance
- Monthly "employee of the month" award given with special parking space to the employee who really sticks out for effort and integrity
