Our company is seeking Customer Service Representatives to assist in our home office in Vero Beach. The right candidate has a strong interest in assisting our clients and agents via multiple delivery channels and problem-solving-related issues.
Responsibilities:
- Handling customer service inquiries via incoming calls from agents/clients & emails,
- Processing requests with multiple insurance carriers,
- Data entry,
- Assist in communications between insurance carriers to ensure application accuracy and issuance,
- Making outbound calls to current clients to assist in making premium payments,
- Knowledge of insurance terms,
- Conserving all past business.
Prior experience is NOT REQUIRED for this entry-level position. All training will be provided by our home office team upon hire. Pay is dependent on experience.
