Immediate need for Recruiter to recruit for skilled trades in Knoxville, TN

Pay: Based on experience

Responsibilities:

  • Sourcing candidates through databases and social media
  • Calling candidates to qualify for specific skilled trades
  • Sending applications
  • Reference checking

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years recruiting experience with skilled trades
  • Must have experience with job boards and social media
  • Professional attitude and phone voice required
