Job Posting for Install Coordinator at Smart Heating and Air Conditioning

Responsibilities

  • Ordering equipment
  • Creating job folders, maintaining upcoming and current projects, closing job folders.
  • Coordinating with Install, Accounting and Warehouse departments
  • Process Warranties, rebates, change orders etc
  • Assists with AR
  • Pulling Permits
  • Track purchase Orders
  • Schedule duct tests, gas tests, initial/final inspections, corrections etc.
  • Handles customers needs and concerns positively and promptly

Qualifications

  • 1 or more years in HVAC Install Coordination (Prefer)
  • Data entry and basic computer skillsTime management capability
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently or collectively with others
  • Must be able to submit and pass pre-employment background check and drug screening.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $32,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
