You will be responsible for overseeing the financial activities, guest services, and administrative tasks during the overnight hours. Duties And Functions
- Welcome and promptly escort guests within the hotel during Night shift
- Deal with all Front Office operations (check in; check out; escorting; cashier operations; guests' care) according to Hyatt policies, procedures and compliance with our code of conduct
- Dealing with enquiries both over the phone, face to face and via email Anticipate guests needs in order to provide an exceptional and unique guest experience
- Handle cash and credit card payments as outlined Maintain high team focus by showing co-operation and support to all the hotel colleagues
- Be punctual at all times and adhere to general hotel rules strictly Summarizing each night's operations and listing any follow-up tasks for management.
- Languages: Professional English required. Spanish will be desirable
- Minimum experience: 3 years in hospitality industry.
- Others: Office automation knowledge and desirable to have previously managed a PMS
- Skills: Quality, cooperation, commitment, organization.
- An intermediate to proficient understanding of Computer systems such as: Room Master, Mews, Microsoft Word, Excel &
- Outlook is preferred
