Experience & Skills:
- Sales experience is a huge plus, but not required (we will train you!)
- Excellent communication skills (outgoing, personable, conversation starters)
- Highly motivated (our best reps are self-starters and go-getters)
- Coachable and positive (we've found these qualities lead to success)
Outline Of The Role
Responsibilities:
- Attend in-office training and ongoing training
- Attend weekly sales meetings
- Go door-to-door directly to potential customers' homes, collect some basic information, and set an appointment for a solar consultant to return.
Compensation & Perks:
- Make $4,000 - $12,000 per month
