Experience & Skills:

• 2 years of Roofing Construction experience (required)
• Hands-on experience with exterior projects (roofing, siding, windows, gutters, doors, etc)
• Strong communication skills – written and verbal

What You’ll Do

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and Inspect exterior projects (roofing, siding, windows, gutters, doors, etc)
• Manage crews / subcontractors
• Prepare scope of work and change orders
• Ensure that all work is installed in accordance with contract documents
• Assist in resolving construction issues to maintain productivity
• Meet face-to-face with customers
• Collect outstanding balance at the end of the project
• Return any over ordered materials to suppliers
• Such other duties as determined by management of the Company at its discretion

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to climb ladders, work at heights up to 3 stories
• Standing and walking on roofs
• Lift up to 75 pounds

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
