Your Role:
- Start with our 2-week fast-track training (combination of in-office and in-field)
- Progress through our 3-stage training program to:
- Schedule appointments for homeowners wanting roofing and solar
- Present savvy roofing and solar solutions in-home
- Meet with clients, estimate projects, and close deals
Compensation & Rewards:
- Expectations: our average team member makes $75K - $150K in Year 1 and doubles that number in Year 2
- Earn $3K - $6K monthly during the training phase
- Earn $8K - $25K monthly as a sales pro
