What You'll Contribute The Analyst will report into the Director of Digital Analytics, to help execute on work coming from multiple business units within the organization. This includes Marketing Technology, Brand, Corporate Communications, Marketing, and Servicing. The Analytics team is responsible for data across the entirety of the website, inclusive of all pages and products. The individual’s responsibilities include mining data, creating segments and variables, producing reports, delivering ad-hoc analytics, and monitoring site health. This role will help create a new suite of site-based reporting, which will drive an improved understanding of pathing, user behavior, and waterfall analysis. The Analyst is a detailed individual with a passion for data and learning. They will work with the Digital Analytics Director on creating presentations for the business. The individual will also work with the website technology team to identify gaps in the data capture strategy. The individual must be able to work autonomously and effectively in a dynamic and changing work environment. Communication and prioritization skills are a must, as is the ability to present information, strategy, and recommendations clearly and succinctly. What You'll Do Analytics and Reporting Provides insights by analyzing tests and performance of various sections of the website Builds and manages reporting suite to cover business needs Creates presentations with structured format to share results Data Mining / Site Monitoring Effectively creates and monitors a variety of different data elements across the web site Deep Dives into available metrics to understand opportunities to report and inform Ad-Hoc Analysis Proactively produces insightful analytics to drive the business forward Helps respond to inquiries about specific web analytics questions Self-Development Takes an active role in identifying potential new data and ways to analyze Develops expert level knowledge of all data, tools, and business tactics Presents information in a manner that is clear to the target audience The above information is intended to describe the general nature and level of work performed by employees assigned to this job; it is not designed to contain or be interpreted as a comprehensive inventory of all duties, responsibilities and qualifications required of employees in this role. What You Have Minimum: Indicate minimum education, skills and experience required. BS in Business, Finance, Economics, Marketing, or related field and/or equivalent experience 1-3 years’ quantitative experience 1-3 years’ experience in web analytics Knowledge of SAS/SQL Knowledge of Adobe’s web suite, including Analytics Proficient in MS Office including Excel and PowerPoint Preferred: Indicate “nice to haves” regarding education, skills, and experience.
