What You'll Contribute The Compensation Analyst will assist with the administration of compensation programs that are cost effective and that provide strong competitive positioning to support the company’s compensation philosophy. They will maintain and analyze compensation information for the organization. What You'll Do Compensation Administration Evaluates the organization's jobs, documenting responsibilities and requirements in job descriptions. Contributes organizational data to, and analyzes results of compensation surveys. Conducts compensation reporting and analysis by using compensation surveys and internal equity to make strategic recommendations and asses competitive positioning. Partners with HR Business Partner(s), Talent Acquisition and business managers on compensation policies, practices and philosophy. Participates in annual salary administration programs, including salary structure creation and maintenance and development of incentive or salary increases. Participates in administration of annual performance management, incentive, or salary increase programs. Audits and maintains job records and compensation data in Workday and other systems (ex. Payfactors). Equity Administration Manages ongoing equity administration workflows that support company policies and compliance (grant processing, participant records, regular audits). Maintains controls and processes for equity awards. Oversees annual Employee Stock Purchase Plan. What You Have Minimum Education, Skills and Experience Required Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Human Resources, Mathematics or related field or equivalent work experience. 3-5 years of progressive Human Resources experience, 2 or more of those years specific to Compensation administration. Must have a foundational knowledge of compensation principles, compensation tools, surveys and market data resources to provide sound data and recommendations. Must have experience with Market Pricing and compensation surveys (ideally utilizing a market pricing tool - ex. Payfactors/Payscale). Must have the ability to explain compensation principles to all management levels of the company while ensuring compliance to all state and federal regulatory requirements that relate to compensation. Must have strong computer and database application skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint. Must have meticulous attention to detail to be able to achieve high level of accuracy. Must possess excellent oral and written communication skills for effective work relationship. Demonstrated knowledge of compensation and employment law. Ability to maintain sensitive data in a confidential manner. Ability to influence and build effective interpersonal relationship. Ability to set priorities and effectively manage multiple assignments in a flexible environment. Strong aptitude for research, analysis, and data management. Strong customer service skills. Strong problem solving skills. Preferred Education, Skills and Experience Previous Experience in banking industry. Workday knowledge or experience. Experience with equity plans. PHR/CCP Certification.
