We are currently seeking a Financial Analyst to join the North American Human Resources team. This individual will also be working very closely with the North America Finance team. This is an exciting, hands-on opportunity to be part of a rapidly growing French retail group in the affordable luxury sector. The position will report to the Manager of Total Rewards and Employee Experience.
What You'll Be Doing:
Planning
- Planning Retail Payroll costs during the budget and forecasting process
- Assist in the preparation of presentations including monthly and quarterly business reviews, annual budgets, and long-term strategic planning initiatives
- Prepare monthly Stores hours and partner with Retail and Finance for validation
- Partner with Retail to develop and support implementation of Stores' staffing structures
Analysis
- Participate in the monthly financial close for Retail payroll costs and perform comprehensive analysis vs Budget
- Develop, maintain, and publish month-to-date and year-to-date payroll reports
- Conduct comprehensive store level analysis to generate insights and recommendations
- Partner with Retail to provide action plans at store level
- Partner with Finance to provide monthly and annual productivity KPI report and commission reporting
- Monitor and validate benefits invoices
Incentives
- Calculate and report on bi-weekly commission payments for Retail population
- Calculate and report on monthly and seasonal bonus payments for Retail population
Audit & Compliance
- Conduct regular audits on payroll records to maintain data integrity
- Maintain the accuracy of HR systems data through weekly checks
General HR Support
- Supports HR team with HR projects and deliverables as needed.
Who You Are:
Ideal education, previous work experience, special skills (e.g., foreign languages), and personal characteristics.
Education/Experience:
- A Bachelor's degree in Business or Finance
- An overall minimum of 1 years of experience
- Experience working in Retail would be a plus
- Must be proficient in Excel (spreadsheets, formulas, and pivot tables...)
- Proven experience working with UKG or other payroll/HRIS platform
- Experience working with Legion would be a plus
Technical Skills:
- This position requires strong analytical, organizational, decision making, and presentation skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills are also essential to effectively interact with all teams, areas and levels of business affecting the forecast process. Good facilitation skills are required.

Special Skills:
- French speaker would be a plus (but not required)
