We are seeking a friendly and organized Dental Receptionist to join our dynamic dental team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service, medical office management, and familiarity with dental terminology.
Greet patients warmly and efficiently check them in for appointments - Manage patient medical records and maintain confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA regulations - Utilize electronic health record systems, to update patient information and track appointments - Handle patient phone calls and address any concerns or questions - Provide excellent customer service by being attentive to patients' needs and offering a welcoming environment - Assist with front desk duties, including answering the phone, managing the waiting room, and coordinating appointments - Maintain a clean and organized reception area - Inhale and maintain a professional demeanor at all times
Experience- Previous experience as a dental receptionist - Strong understanding of dental procedures and terminology - Proven ability to provide exceptional customer service - High school diploma or equivalent required -Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment - Strong organizational and communication skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.72 - $18.51 per hour
Expected hours: 36 – 38 per week
