What are the responsibilities and job description for the CSR - Customer Service Representative position at Smith Personnel Solutions?
- Multiple accounts. Train on primary and cross train for site flexibility.
- SAP system experience helpful, and also daily transactions within DHL's Warehouse Management System (WMS).
- Daily contact with Customers via phone and email. Ability to provide timely responses is important.
- Daily contact with carriers / truck line dispatchers.
- Daily interaction with internal departments (warehouse, packaging, maintenance, management, operations).
- Participate on committees, site safety teams, CAPA investigations.
- Ability to work holidays, weekends as needed to accomplish Month End account close, customer inventories, cycle counts, etc.
- Ability to assist other account CSR's to accomplish common goals safely and in a timely manner.
- Ability to evolve within the position as the business model and industry landscape changes.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $14.00 - $18.00 per hour
