Position Summary:
The Accountant will be responsible for managing SmithDryden’s financial records and ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our company's financial data. Your primary goal will be to help us maintain financial stability and make informed business decisions through accurate and timely financial reporting.
Essential Duties and Responsibilites:
Create invoices for clients.
Review and approve supplier invoices.
Process payments.
Manage Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable.
Track and record all internal and external transactions into Sage 50c.
Assist with fact checks, resolving discrepancies by gathering and analyzing information.
Other administrative and clerical tasks as needed.
