Core Responsibilities

Responsible for scheduling and cooking of product to ensure required specifications are met.

Follow and maintain required cook/chill applications.

Complete required HACCP record and training.

Program cookhouses and ovens according to schedule.

Maintain continuous flow of produced product.

Monitor computer process and notify supervisor of any discrepancies and/or problems as they arise.

Loading and unloading racks from cookhouses, ovens, and freezers.

Job duties are not limited to cook house only. Will be required to perform general labor job responsibilities.

Must be able to rotate between shifts.

Other duties as assigned.

In the absence of key personnel the employee’s supervisor or qualified designee (one that has been trained in the key employee’s duties) is responsible to complete or delegate the completion of all required tasks and responsibilities.
