Smoke Zone is looking for a Cashier to manage all transactions with customers accurately and efficiently. Cashier duties include receiving payments and issuing receipts, selling and providing customer service, and keeping track of all transactions. The ideal candidate should have a love for working in a fast paced environment and be able to remain calm during transactions.
Responsibilities
- Manage transactions with customers using cash registers
- Count money, process receipts, and issue banknotes and coins when required
- Ensure the safety of the public by maintaining a clean and organized environment
- Comply with rules and regulations established to maintain the quality of services provided
- Communicate with customers about available products services
- Recommend products services based on customers’ needs
Requirements
- 1 year of experience in a customer service role
- 1 year of experience in a retail setting where cash handling was required
