Job Duties :

• Roll clean silverware for service
• Remove dirty utensils, plates, drinks from table as necessary
• Clean and reset tables after guests leave as necessary
• Sweep service area, take out trash, and fulfill any cleaning tasks necessary
• Able to assist guests from beginning to end of dining experience
• Able to escalate guest issues to management and resolve problems in a constructive way
• Able to communicate well with other teammates to ensure all guest needs are met
• Help with food running
• Adhere to health and safety regulations in all kitchen and dining areas
• Follow Manager directions throughout a shift
• Able to interact with guests and help with guest needs

Smokey Bones is a full-service restaurant delivering great barbecue, award-winning ribs, and good times in 63 locations across 16 states.

Smokey Bones serves lunch and dinner and has a full bar featuring a variety of bourbons and whiskeys; a selection of domestic, import, and local craft beers;

and signature, handcrafted cocktails. We offer a variety of meats that are slow-smoked, fire-grilled, and available for dine-in, pick-up, online ordering, or catering and delivery.

Requirements

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS :

• Able to communicate (speak, read, and write) in English.
• Legal age in the state to serve alcohol
• Authorized to work in the United States

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS :

• Excellent customer service and people skills
• In-depth knowledge of food sanitation and safety policies
• Strong attention to detail
• High energy levels
• Ability to work in a team
• Excellent verbal communication

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS :

• Able to bend at the waist and lift items up to 50 lbs. to waist level.
• Able to move items up to 50 lbs. for distances of up to 25 feet.
• Able to remain standing and active for an 8-12 hour shift.
• Able to hear, understand and respond to employees' and guests' requests in a loud environment.
• Able to tolerate exposure to cold and hot temperatures (below 0 F and above 90 F) throughout the shift.
