SMS is seeking a dynamic, motivated individual to serve as a Senior-Level contract administrator to support the US Air Force 26 NOS. the candidate will coordinate the on-time delivery of CDRLs and maintain internal tracking of contract requirements ranging from training to personnel. Candidates will coordinate and provide updates to stakeholders across the organization and leadership.

Responsibilities
- Update and maintain internal tracking documents for personnel, training, and DOD certification requirements.
- Answer data calls from leadership accurately and in a timely manner.
- Attend and brief leadership meetings with stake holders from Military, Civilian and Contractors.
- Build and complete CDRLs, CPARs, and Award Fees. Coordinate updates and changes to these items across all levels of the team, ensuring prompt delivery and representation of the company to the government.
- Coordinate government changes across leadership team to ensure wide dissemination and compliance across the entire contract.
- Provide updates and status briefs to program managers to ensure their visibility of ongoing efforts.
- Complete routine audits of internal tracking documents to ensure they are still valid and up to date.
- Coordinate with company executives to recruit, hire, and on-board new personnel on the contract.
- Provide weekly recruiting needs to corporate and partner company recruiters to ensure quality candidates are being found for our program.
- Record and regularly update endpoint documentation, conduct compliance assessments, and implement improvements to ensure the contract is continually improving performance.
- Update/create and streamline data retention to improve performance and enable timely completion of required reports.
Qualifications
- Candidate should have 3 to 5 years of years of hands-on experience in:
- Program and project management.
- Familiarity with Air Force policies, regulations, and stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and with little supervision to ensure contract needs are being met and addressed.
- Proficiencies with Microsoft’s suite of applications.
- Demonstrate advanced diagnostics, analytical, critical thinking and troubleshooting skills.
- Maintain effective communications with other external and internal teams essential to operations.
