The Warehouse Supervisor provides effective leadership and overall direction of the production area; monitors production area in order to comply with schedules and quality requirements; ensures company rules of conduct and safety are upheld. Additionally the Warehouse Supervisor will:
- Maintain proper inventory control records and procedures for approximately $2.5 million.
- Develop and propose plans to improve controls and layout of stock related areas.
- Coordinate with management and employees in other departments to resolve materials related issues.
Education and Experience for The Warehouse Supervisor:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- minimum of five (4) years’ experience in a manufacturing environment, a leadership role is preferred
- Material management, handling and tracking skills a must
- Ability to regularly life and/or move objects up to 50 LBS
