Position: Dental Hygiene Coordinator/Front Office

Job Disctiption
· Utilize Dentrix software to efficiently manage patient appointments, records, and billing processes.
· Proactively call patients to schedule and confirm dental hygiene appointments, ensuring a steady flow of patients.
· Greet patients warmly, check them in, and assist with completing necessary paperwork.
· Answer incoming calls in a professional and friendly manner, addressing patient inquiries and scheduling requests.
· Process patient checkouts, including collecting payments, providing aftercare instructions, and scheduling future appointments as needed.
· Maintain a clean and organized front desk area, ensuring a welcoming environment for patients.
· Collaborate closely with the dental care team to coordinate appointments and ensure timely delivery of services.
· Provide exceptional customer service, addressing patient concerns and inquiries with empathy and professionalism.
· Assist with administrative tasks, including maintaining patient records, managing insurance claims, and updating patient information.
Requirements:
· Proficient in Dentrix software or similar dental practice management software.
· Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish positive relationships with patients.
· Strong customer service orientation, ensuring patients feel valued and comfortable throughout their visit.
· Enthusiastic and outgoing personality, creating a welcoming atmosphere for patients and colleagues.
· Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities effectively.
· Detail-oriented mindset, ensuring accurate documentation and efficient clinic operations.
· Previous experience in a dental office or related healthcare setting is preferred.
· High school diploma or equivalent; additional dental office training or certification is a plus.
